Rules and Regulations

The Harmony Festival has a long history of positive service to our community without serious incidents, so please respect the Harmony Vibe.  YES to smiles, co-operation and helping your neighbors.

In and Out Policy: Attendees will be allowed to exit and re-enter the festival only with permission and formal authorization (hand stamp) from front gate security.  NO INS/OUT AFTER 8 PM.

Illegal ticket sales and counterfeit tickets:  ANYONE selling, knowingly buying or otherwise engaging in fraudulent ticketing activities will be evicted and / or arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Respect our neighbors: No late night music or excessive noise - no exceptions.  Please clean up your space and leave no trace.

Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking:
Harmony Festival does not condone the use or selling of illegal drugs, alcohol beverages or intoxicants.  The Fairgrounds is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones with proper ID only.  There will be zero tolerance for underage drinking, smoking or drug use.  Anyone found abusing the law will be subject to arrest and expulsion from the festival.

No Pets: Due to strict venue regulations, there are absolutely no pets allowed on the festival grounds, in the campground or parking lot areas.

Camping & Festival grounds:  Only patrons with appropriate credentials and tickets will be allowed into camping areas and the festival grounds.  No amplified music or loud noise of any kind after 10 pm.  This includes drum circles and stereos.  No open flames, weapons, nitrous or other illegal drugs.  Do not bring outside alcohol to the festival.  Campers must obey rules and regulations or will be subjet to expulsion from the festival.

When in doubt, ask:  Get information at Harmony Central, help those in need and report suspicious activities to security or management.
