Jamila is a movement and healing artist practicing since 1987 as an integrative bodyworker and dance healer. She brings a wealth of knowledge from masters of modern, tribal and sacred dance practices, Feldenkrais, Pilates, yoga, deep tissue therapies, aqua-cranial and energy medicine. She holds a B.S. in Dance Anthropology and Psychology and in 2008 trained with the inventors of the QuantumWave Laser, a light therapy which she finds essential in assisting people through the doorways that pain opens.
