Health & Harmony Village
For many years our long-time fans have asked, "Where has the Health and Harmony Festival gone?" Our reponse? It never left, but this year we make it even easier to find!
In 2011, the Harmony Festival returns to its roots in the Health and Harmony Village. All of the attractions you've grown to love are still here: The Goddess Grove, Eco Village, Well-being Pavilion and the Healing Sanctuary - are all part of this Village, as well as the [popular Harmony Cafe and Teahouse which celebrates its third year offering up tasty eats, drinks and sounds.
This year we present two new attractions in this zone: Sustainable Living Road Show and the Whole Foods Experience. The programming offered in this self-contained Village off the Main Stage Field features education and entertainment within the larger Festival-apart yet still very much connected to the heartbeat of Harmony.
Our aim with this shift is to balance the exciting infusion of youth culture and alternative music at Harmony Festival with a sacred area that clearly represents our core values. This new location will also provide the workshops, speakers and performers the time and attention they deserve.
The 2011 Health and Harmony Village will include three outdoor speakers stages: the Speakers Temple, Well-being Stage and the Whole Foods Experience. In addition, an indoor, sit down presentation area in the Well-being Pavilion offers a wide variety of ispeakers, panel discussions and workshops - all included with the price of admission!
So get ready to see, hear, tel and taste the new blend of Health and Harmony - more vividly than ever before!
