This year's Harmony Eco-Wellness Sanctuary is produced by Living Mandala in collaboration with The California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and Yoga Tree yoga studios--a trio of the leading holistic ecological, alternative education, health and wellness organizations in the Bay Area. In this dynamic space--created to uplift your mind, body & spirit--you will discover a stimulating array of educational resources, interact with top educators and instructors and tap into an eclectic variety of personal and planetary development tools. There will be a rich array of yoga and movement classes, keynote talks, and interactive workshops and panel discussions lead by dynamic instructors. The Eco-Wellness Sanctuary offers an interactive experience exploring pathways that integrate ecological awareness, expanded consciousness and physical reconnection through therapies and mind-enhancing educational experiences that rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit--while enriching your life's journey.
