Howard "Bo" SapperHOWARD SAPPER is a 35-year veteran of the music industry. He has been the CEO for Harmony Festival Inc. since 2008. He is the Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs and New Business Development for Domo Music Group and is the President of Extrordinaire Media. Howard has been around the entertainment business for most of his 57 years.

Sapper spent his college years doing concert promotion from 1971 to 1975. He co-founded Global Pacific Records and Distributors in 1979 and owned Hawaii Artist Recording Studio from 1980 through 1998. Over the last 35 years, he has acquired extensive experience in all aspects of the entertainment business from A & R, financial forecasting, marketing, promotion, as well as negotiating domestic and international recording licensing, distribution agreements and live concert and festival operations. In 1996 Sapper founded Extrordinaire Media as a music production and consulting firm.

In 1998, it expanded to a full service entertainment company. As President, he has had the honor of managing many internationally known artists and working with producers from around the world. As an executive consultant he has been instrumental in the running of many entertainment companies. Having served as a director on several boards, Howard is presently the Board President of Friendship Circle, a San Francisco Bay Area non-profit organization that works with children and families of children with special needs.

Debra GiustiDEBRA GIUSTI has enjoyed a career for over 31 years as entrepreneur and event producer for numerous companies and events. Ms Giusti served as Executive Director for the Association for the Creative Endeavor (ACE), a non-profit that produced Harmony Festival 1998 thru 2003. She has dedicated her 32-year event production career to producing community events and continues to do so by producing Community Networking Exchange, Sonoma Single Soirees, and Harmony Speaker Series.
